I am planning to drink something healthy other than the normal tea. which is better for the long run?
No way! Green tea is definitely the best for your health! True. It does have SOME caffeine, but the benefits are so great for this type of tea that a little caffeine is worth all the wonderful health benefits you'll receive when drinking this tea!
Green tea drinkers appear to have lower risk for a wide range of diseases, from simple bacterial or viral infections to chronic degenerative conditions including cardiovascular disease, cancer, stroke, periodontal disease, and osteoporosis.
I say go with green tea!
Also, many people don't realize, or talk about it, but caffeine actually has health benefits as well!
