Justice system is definitely racist may be not based on color but now the racism has shifted to nationality and belief. One day we will be able to vote for "The justice system is impartial", But NOT TODAY!

  I don't think the justice system is racist its the people who enforce it are not impartial. Rather than blaming everything on the system we should think about improving we the people are not ruled by our emotions.
